Terms & Conditions

Draft for review. This is a starting point written for The Wall Studio. Please read it through, adjust anything that does not match how you actually work, and have it reviewed before you rely on it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email, and we may decline an order where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include the cost of printing and framing. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Custom sizes are confirmed with you before production begins.

Custom and personalised work

By uploading a file you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission to have it printed. We check every file before printing and will contact you if the resolution or crop needs adjusting. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Colour and finish

Screens vary. Printed colour may differ slightly from what you see on your device, and natural wood frames vary in grain and tone.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, but we will always help you chase an order.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to The Wall Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
