Shipping

Every piece is made to order. Standard designs are printed, framed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Custom and corporate orders depend on quantity and complexity, and we confirm a date with you before we begin.

Delivery across Pakistan

We deliver nationwide through a tracked courier service. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch, and longer for remote areas. You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order leaves us.

Packaging

Frames are wrapped, corner-protected and packed in a rigid outer box so they arrive as they left us.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery across Pakistan is Rs 390. Cash on Delivery is available. Any separately quoted corporate delivery arrangements are confirmed before you order.

If something goes wrong

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
